    Your Phone Phone Firmware and Upgrades • Delta adapter (EADP-18VB B); Rating: 48 VDC 0.375A Phone Firmware and Upgrades Your phone comes pre-installed with firmware that is specific to the call control system. Occasionally, your administrator upgrades the phone firmware for you. This upgrade happens when you are not using your phone because the phone resets to use the new firmware.

If you see a message that the PRT upload has failed, the problem report is saved on the phone and you should alert your administrator.
