Models with Coil Elements NOTE: All knobs shown in this owner's Guide are typical only. 1. Place the pan on the surface element. 2. Push in and turn the surface element control knob to desired setting. 3. The surface signal light will glow when one or more elements are turned on. Always turn the element off before removing the pan.

The ability to heat food quicker and in larger volumes increases as the element wattage increases.

Cleaning Various Parts of Your Range Before cleaning any part of the range, be sure all controls are turned OFF and the range is COOL. REMOVE SPILLOVERS AND HEAVY SOILING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. REGULAR CLEANING WILL REDUCE THE NUMBER OF MAJOR CLEANING LATER.

When range is level, cooktop may appear out of alignment if countertop is not level. (2) Weak, unstable floor. Be sure floor is level and can adequately support range.
