    To prevent accidents like this, your oven has a "Child Lock" feature that you can set when the oven is not in use. To set the Child Lock, press the CLOCK pad twice (for R-350L) / once (for R-480L), press the number pad and finally press the INSTANT COOK/START pad and hold for 3 seconds.
