Energy Saving (OpenStage 40/60/80)
After the phone has been inactive within the timespan specified in Timeout (hours) (V1R3)
resp. Backlight timeout (hours) (V1R3), the display backlight is switched off. The length of
this timespan ranges from 2 hours to 8 hours. The default value is 3.
