Remedy or Status
Stop using the projector, remove the power plug from the electrical outlet, and
contact your local dealer or the nearest address provided in the Epson Projector
Contact List.

• Check that the air filter and air exhaust vents are clear, and that the projector is
not positioned against a wall.
• If the air filter is clogged, turn off the power, remove the power cord from the
electrical outlet, and then clean or replace them.

After checking, connect the power cord to the electrical outlet.
If the error continues after checking the points above, stop using the projector,
remove the power plug from the electrical outlet, and contact your local dealer or

This is not an error. However, if the temperature rises too high again, projection
stops automatically. Check the following two points.
