Open the front cover.
The printer beeps and
moves the cartridge
holder to the center of
the printer.
The
light
POWER
blinks while the
cartridge holder is
positioned to the
center of the printer.
Remove the empty BJ tank.
The color cartridge is on
the right.
Press in on the release tab
and then lift the BJ tank up
and out of its slot.
Dispose of the BJ tank properly.
You may want to place it in a
plastic bag to keep from spilling
any residual ink.
Handle the used BJ tank with
care to avoid spilling ink on
your hands, floor, furniture, or
clothing. Empty color BJ tanks
cannot be refilled. Always
discard them immediately.
