QuickRemote
You can control many electronic devices in different locations by using
your device as a remote control.
Registering a device as a remote control

to specify locations where you want to use the remote control.

and select the type and manufacturer of the device you want to
remotely control.

Follow the on-screen instructions to make sure that the QuickRemote
feature works properly on the device.
NOTE
The QuickRemote operates the same way as an ordinary remote control
infrared (IR) signals. Be careful not to cover the infrared sensor at the top of
the device when you use the QuickRemote function. This function may not be
supported depending on the model, the manufacturer or service company.
