1.4 Operation Windows Icon / Display Function Data list Clicking the heading sorts names in alphabetical view order. On the heading clicked for sorting, the mark or the mark appears. Note that if names are listed in the order scanned (the top of the list is the latest), no marks appears.

The image size is enlarged so that the clicked point becomes the cen- ter of the expansion. Image size is reduced so that the clicked point becomes the center of down scaling.
1.5 User Authority User Authority The user authority to use CardMinder is as follows: • If your operating system is Microsoft® Windows® 2000 Professional operating system or Microsoft® Windows® XP Professional operating system, you must be authorized as Standard User (Power Users group) or higher levels of user to logon and use this software.
Chapter 2 Configuration Before Scanning This chapter describes how to select a PIM application used with CardMinder. For information about how to configure advanced settings for CardMinder, refer to Chapter 6. 1. From the [Start] menu on the desktop, select [All Programs] -> [CardMinder V3.0] -> [CardMinder V3.0].

4.1 Data search by hot key Data search by hot key With CardMinder, you can search business card data including a character string on other applica- tion (such as Microsoft Notepad) windows. Follow the following procedures. 1. Select a character string of a name or a company in any document (e.g. Microsoft Notepad).
