NEC ESMPRO Agent
IMPORTANT:
Read "5-4 Preparation before Setup" before install and setup.
Login as a root user.
1.
Set and mount the NEC EXPRESSBUILDER DVD on the optical disk dive.
2.
Move to the directory where NEC ESMPRO Agent is stored.
3.
# cd/(mount point)/001/lnx/pp/esmpro_sa
NEC ESMPRO Agent is stored in NEC EXPRESSBUILDER DVD, under
/lnx/pp/esmpro_sa.
Run the install script under the above directory.

# sh esminst.sh
Take the NEC EXPRESSBUILDER DVD out of the optical disk drive and restart the

system.
TIPS:
To send alert from NEC ESMPRO Agent to NEC ESMPRO Manager, the alert settings
need to be specified with "Alert Setting Functions" after reboot. For more on how to
set alert, refer to "NEC ESMPRO Agent User's Guide" stored in the NEC
EXPRESSBUILDER.
