IC for TV component signal synchronous processing and frequency counter.
It incorporates functions required for frequency measurement of input signals and for synchronous play in one chip.
It is compatible with horizontal synchronous play (15.75 kHz, 31.5 kHz, 33.75 kHz, 45 kHz) and vertical synchronous
play (525I, 525P, 625I, 750P, 1125I, 1125P, PAL100 Hz, NTSC 120 Hz).

Digital interface receiver with High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP) composed of the dual-input type
TMDS (Transition-Minimized Differential Signaling).
Supports both HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) and DVI (Digital Visual Interface).
IC1900 (Sii907) *2 Tip: When using HDCP_LSI
DVI receiver with the High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP).
The HDCP decoding engine is compatible with the pixel-by-pixel method.
The I2C interface communicates with a host at 400 kHz using the slave I2C interface. The HDCP key is pre-
programmed and authentication management is performed by reading/writing to the entry in SiI907 through I2C
interface.
The key cannot be read for safety.

HDMI (High definition Multimedia Interface) is a digital interface which supports the digital video signal encryption
system "HDCP" and can transfer HD image and multi-channel audio by one cable.
Supports 24-bit RGB 4:4:4, 24-bit YCbCr 4:4:4, and 16/10/24-bit YCbCr 4:2:2.
