This manual provides information on the operation and maintenance of your DVD/CD Receiver. Should the unit require service, contact an authorized service location.

Installation and Setup TV Connections Make one of the following connections, depending on the capabilities of your existing equipment. Tips: Depending on your TV and other equipment you wish to connect, there are various ways you could connect the DVD/CD Receiver. Use one of the connections described below.
Optional Equipment Connections 1. Connect a VCR to the AV IN connectors. 2. Connect the USB port of USB Memory (or MP3 player, etc.) to the USB port on the front of the unit. Front of DVD/CD Receiver USB Memory, MP3 Player (or Memory Card Reader, etc.) To Remove the USB Device from the unit 1.
Assembling and Connecting to the Speakers The speakers are detached from the speaker stands. Connect the speaker cables and assemble the front and rear speakers from speaker stands as illustrated. How to connect the Speakers 1. Connect the speaker cables to the appropriate terminal on the bottom of the round board.
To mount the speaker on the wall 1. For Front or Rear Speaker : Remove the speaker from the stand (Follow steps 1-3 of “To change the stand”). For Center Speaker : Remove the 4 screws from stand. 2. For Front or Rear Speakers :Disconnect the speaker cable from the terminal on the bottom of the round board.
HDMI Connection If you have a HDMI TV or monitor, you can connect it to this DVD/CD Receiver using a HDMI cable. 1. Connect the HDMI OUT jack on the DVD/CD Receiver to the HDMI jack on a HDMI compatible TV or monitor (H).
Displaying Disc Information on-screen You can display various information about the disc loaded on-screen. 1. Press DISPLAY to show various playback information. The items displayed differ depending on the disc type or playing status. 2. You can select an item by pressing v / V and change or select the setting by pressing b / B.
