Printing
You do not need to switch printers before printing because they are all managed under the [Print & Fax] settings from
[System Preferences].
After adding a printer to the Printer List, you can select it directly from the [Page Setup] dialog box or the [Print] dialog
box.
In Mac OS X applications, print options are set from the [Page Setup] dialog box and the [Print] dialog box.
The [Page Setup] dialog boxes vary depending on the application. In some applications, it is in the [Print] dialog box
instead of the [File] menu.
Open a file, select [File], and then select [Page Setup].
