1 flashing (various rates) green LED.
1 steady amber LED.
1 flashing amber LED.
2 flashing amber LEDs.
3 flashing amber LEDs.
Flashing (750 / 250 ms) LEDs
alternating between amber and red.
1 flashing red LED.
4 flashing red LEDs.
6 flashing red LEDs.
7 flashing red LEDs.
8 flashing red LEDs, possibly followed
by flashing amber.
Possible causes
Normal operation (Heartbeat).
• Power on.
• Lamp test.
Data acquisition failure.
No network / cable unplugged.
Other network error.
Retrieving software from memory
card. This condition remains until a
valid application is available from the
memory card.
Unit can no longer poll input status.
Flash write error.
Video stopped.
Video error.
Hardware read failure.
