shutdown (virtual Ethernet interface)
To shut down the local traffic on a virtual Ethernet interface, use the shutdown command. To return a virtual
Ethernet interface to its default operational state, use the no form of this command.
shutdown
no shutdown

This command has no arguments or keywords.
